Raca
Originally from Spain, Raca is the latest addition to our team and comes with a wealth of experience in both the clinical environment and privately. He is qualified to level 5 in Sports Massage and other alternative therapies, with deep understanding of human anatomy, body posture and how to treat muscle imbalances.
His treatments are a bespoke approach tailored to the client’s individual needs, and range from a firm and therapeutic targeted sports massage, to a relaxing all round full body massage experience. Treatments offered include: Hot Stones, Indian Head Massage, Dry Cupping and Myofascial Release.
Spencer
You will find Spencer at Northwich Sauna every couple of months for a few weeks at a time when he visits us from Spain. Massage skills aside Spencer is a great sociable guy who brings a relaxed friendly vibe to the Sauna.
Whether you are tired and aching, stiff and in need of some limbering up, or very active and have just overworked your muscles, then Spencer has the right type of massage for you.
Perhaps a relaxing Swedish massage or a vigorous sports massage where he will work all of the body's muscles to deliver fast recovery. Or why not try a world massage which employ other therapy techniques common in Thailand and the Far East.
The Shed
Now doing regular pop-ups at Northwich Sauna, The Shed offers haircuts; barbering; face, body & intimate waxing; & body hair trimming services.
Let "Master Barber" Parkey, freshen you up with anything from a skin fade to a mullet, or a one length cuts to some layers, plus beard grooming too! Or how about a wax from the ultimate grooming service in the North West. The Shed looks forward to meeting you soon!
